The people we encountered on staff were nice, so I'm not writing this to hurt the hotel-I hope they are inspired to fix the housekeeping issues, and because the nice employees there deserve if to be fixed so the business can keep going. So, I was SO disappointed-I'm mystified how there are so many 5 star raves for this hotel.
I researched carefully, and we wanted to find the best 5 star hotels we could for this trip. We stayed here for the last night of a 6 night 25th anniversary trip.
